I believe that creating a safe, inclusive environment is one of the most important parts of early childhood education. It’s in these spaces that young children can learn, grow, and become the best versions of their true selves. What I love most about teaching preschool is seeing the children grow each day—not just in their skills, but in their confidence and joy. The smiles they share when they walk through the classroom door remind me daily that we get to be a small but meaningful part of their story. I am grateful to be on this journey and excited to continue building a welcoming classroom where every child feels supported, celebrated, and inspired to learn.
